Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree preferred. Some college will be considered with proof of additional work/life experience.

-Sense of humor. Preferably dry. (However, sense of humor can not take precedence over the expression of real emotion.)

-Minimal emotional issues.

-Optimal living situation is alone. Roommates are acceptable as long as they did not give birth to the applicant.

-Desirable personality traits include ambitious, confident, compassionate, loyal, independent, and proactive.

-Must have life goals.

-Must have car.
